Enjoy a family hike, time to play on the playground and have a picnic pot- luck at beautiful Salt Creek!
The group hike to the top of Striped Peak will total 4 miles and 1,500 feet elevation gain, overlooking the Strait of Juan de Fuca. A wonderful place to bird watch. Other hikes are available in the area to be done on your own.
Families are encouraged to bring and share Thanksgiving leftovers at the potluck picnic after the hike.
All ages welcome.
Pre-registration is required. IT IS NECESSARY TO REGISTER EACH PARTICIPANT (including minor children) that will be on the hike so that we have the proper provisions. This event is free for Y members. Non members, $15.
