After-School Licensed Childcare
The Y is here to support families as your children transition back to school this fall. The YMCA After the Bell Program provides state licensed after school care and extends school-day learning through fun, project-based activities in STEM, arts & crafts, physical activity, and nutrition. We also focus on community engagement enrichment and play activities so that participants can reach their full potential.
Do you have children ages 5-11 that will be attending Dry Creek or Hamilton Elementary schools during the 2024-2025 school year? This program might be a good match for your family! This after school program follows the Port Angeles School District calendar. Registration is now open.

Washington State Working Connections Child Care Subsidy Program
Working Connections Child Care (WCCC) helps eligible families pay for child care. When a family qualifies for child care subsidy benefits and chooses an eligible provider, the state pays a portion of the cost of child care. Parents may be responsible for a copayment to their provider each month. Read more online on the state website.
