Outdoor Fitness Walk

All fitness levels can join us for a fast paced guided walk and an outdoor workout including strength, core and balance training. We will walk 4 miles round trip on the Olympic Discovery Trail using provided exercise bands for full body workout along our route.

This is a series of guided short, Senior appropriate group hikes with limited elevation. All hikes are out and back but participants can turn back when needed. There are three more hikes scheduled for October, 2024.
