TIME

  • Three-Year Term.
  • Attend a minimum of 70% of the monthly board meetings each year.
  • Attend branch community campaign events during the year (trainings, kick-offs, celebrations, etc.)
  • Serve on at least one committee that averages four to six meetings annually.
    • Social Responsibility
    • Healthy Living
    • Youth Development

TALENT

  • Use professional skills and personal expertise to help further the YMCA’s mission and goals.
  • Advocate for the Y in the community and secure resources that support our cause.
  • Participation on chosen committees.
  • Advisor to the YMCA Executive and leadership team.

TREASURE

  • Make a personally significant gift to the best of your abilities to the YMCA’s Annual Campaign.
  • Actively share the Y story and ask your Circle of Influence to join you in supporting our YMCA’s Community Impact Campaigns.
  • Participate in branch capital fundraising efforts when necessary.
